Nice work. Great sound and easy on the ears. Keep doing what you do.
Hi K, just wanted to say a big thanks for the review you gave of my music: most kind. I'm glad you enjoyed the piece, and yes, there is a longer version, but so often cues are short hence the length of Remembering. Good luck with your work - keep breathing...
No worries, Justin. I also really liked "Something Wicked"... it was chilling :) Katy
Just en idea-kick the tempo. Real nice piece!!! lkb
To all those musicians who have spent their time reviewing my tracks, can I say a huge thank you. I really appreciate your efforts and will aim to write a review of your music in turn. Keep it real!
Thanks going out to BpG and Tappin' Tommy for two super reviews of my music.
Your Composition deserves it! Keep It Coming, Tappin' Tommy
Thanks for your informative review. Great information
Hi Thierry, a big thanks for your review of "Somewhere good". It's particularly interesting what you picked up, you clearly have a deep and empathic connection to music. I appreciate your time and comments and wish you every good fortune with your work, Justin
Hi Guys, I'd just like to say many thanks for the review of Top of The World. Glad you liked the track. Best of luck with the new set of singles. Justin
Hey Justin! For sure! And thanks for the positive feed! Keep it real man! --PD (Nate)
Hi Arthur, I'd like to express my sincere thanks for your generous review of "The Great Outdoors". I'm glad you enjoyed the track and in many ways it is within the more traditional orchestral setting that my music is often most successful. I wish your every good fortune with your own compositions. Justin
I know what you mean. Wish I had a REAL orchestra at my beck and call!
Hi Arthur, I just reviewed your piece "Allegro Moderato". I was convinced these were real instruments. Would love to know what soundset you used to produce this piece with? Andy King
They are real instruments. I got tired of people complaining about the quality of my samples (!) Not sure what you mean by "soundset" . . .
Thanks Arthur for clearing that up. I thought they were real at the time. The "soundset" thing, yes I really meant samples or virtual instruments etc.... Andy King
From my experience the samples tend to sound better in large sections, or at least not in a string trio like "Allegro Moderato". In fact I've made the comment in more than one of my reviews that you need to be careful when you give an exposed solo to a virtual instrument, and in a trio there are plenty of exposed spots.
Hi Denise, my thanks for your recent review of Bossa Nova 365. It's a rare and not entirely deserved hight score, still, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Good luck with your musical ventures, Justin
Ha this tune was really good I would not have said so if I had not really liked it well done
Just, thank you for your nice review of God Is Calling. I truly appreciated your comments and suggestions as well. Again, thanks.
My real pleasure. Best of luck with your music.
Hi Mark, Many thanks for reviewing "Heading Out". Your observations are of course, quite right, especially regarding the mix. I'll get to it this summer, but I'm glad you liked the song and appreciate your time. Justin
Keep on Rockin'!!!
Thanks for your review of my song "Life (will bring us hope)." It always great when people take the time to really provide good feedback. Very helpful and much appreciated.
Hey Lady Satchmo, many thanks for reviewing "Live, Live, Live". I'm glad you liked the song. I appreciate your comments and I am aware of what you mean in respect of the vocals. The funny thing is it's all me from top to bottom; written, performed and produced. The songs I write are largely demos designed for the pros to take on board and develop. Thanks again for taking the time and trouble. Best of luck on the way to becoming a high flying producer! Justin
Hi DTM, I'd just like to say a big thanks you for reviewing "More Fool Me". I'm glad you enjoyed the song and I hope you'll have the opportunity to hear a few more from my stable. J
HI Justin, Hey, thank you for the fine review of my song, "The Secrets Of Life" from my CD, "Walking In Circles". Very well thought out and insightful. I work to give the same kind of review for my friends at Broadjam. I have a couple songs that have won The Best Song Of The Month this year (February & April).....stop by and listen to more, if you are interested. Best to you, Chet Nichols Inductee - The Kansas Music Hall Of Fame
Hi Chet, it's good to know a review is well received, and of use. I'll listen on to your suggested tracks with eager anticipation! Best, Justin
Chris, thank you for your review of "Remembering". You will of course have realized that this is not a 'live' performance and the natural subtlies of a live performance are not fully captured here: never the less I hope it will serve adequately a musical cue or underscore. I look forward to having the opportunity to enjoy your work. Best, Justin
Dear John, many thanks for your wonderful review of "Smooth". I note your comments, and I am glad you enjoyed the track. It isn't a terribly sophisticated piece of Jazz, but hopefully a cool enough instrumental that can find a suitable adore underscore. Best, Justin
Thanks Justin. Glad to hear from you. I just completed building my 3rd studio as I moved from Detroit, Michigan to Sarasota, Florida 2 years ago. Be glad to collaborate with you, send each other tracks, etc. My email is johnareece@gmail.com. John
Sounds like an opportunity not to be missed. It's so often far more inspiring to bounce ideas around with fellow musicians. I'll look forward to working with you. Good luck with the new studio-enjoy! Justin
Hi Yuri, I'd just like to say thank you for reviewing "Somewhere Good". Your comments are astute and nicely capture the essence of what I was attempting. Reich has indeed been an influence, and whilst in the piece there are parallel techniques, I'm trying to do it my own way. Appreciate your kind words, and good luck with your work. Justin
I enjoyed listening to it, Justin. Best of luck to you as well.
Hey, dB+1. just a note to say cheers for the fine review of One In A Million: comments much appreciated and duly noted. Best, Justin Wildridge
Hi Paul, and many thanks for your review of 'Stepping on Starlight'. I really appreciate your kind words and am glad you enjoyed the track. Best, Justin
No thanks needed Justin. The song speaks for itself. Great recording my friend!!
Hey Justin, thanks for the input for my tune Tenderly. I appreciate the suggestion and will review the arrangment! Chiz.
Hi Nigel, I'm glad to lend an ear. A pleasure to review your work. Best, Justin
Hi Justin, Thank you so much for all those constructive comments about "Back Home". You're almost right: ALL excepts drum were created with a synth-MIDI-guitar. Appreciate a lot your words. Stay safe, Manu.
Justin thanks for the comments on my song "It Can't Last". You are right on when you say that this has been done many times before. I am really trying to break out of my traditional country mode and get more in tune with what's going on. This song was not it, but sometimes I just have to go with what I have. Best to you Alan
Thanks Justin for the very detailed review of "You got a way" and the comments you gave. I can tell you really put a lot of time into the review, and I really appreciate the marks you gave the song. And it so true of my vocals, even though I usually get really good reviews on my vocals (even your review scored high), I am very limited at what I can do, I just sing naturally, I do not add anything special. I took a listen to your song "the drop" amazing!!!, I wish you the best of luck and again I appreciate the great review you gave, and thanks for the feedback.
Very glad to help Kim, thanks for getting back to me. I think doing what comes naturally is wonderful as long as it doesn't stop you taking a few risks and developing your ability in another exciting direction. Good luck with your work.
Justin, Tappin' Tommy here, Thank You so much for the complete review of "WE BE JUMPIN". I have all the tracks and can go back and remix and remaster the piece. I have always Pushed it back as I didn't feel it had potential. The voice is me so I can rerecord ,and put more expression into it,Harmony was done electronically, I will do my own this next time again, thank you for the accurate and through review! TAPPIN' TOMMY
My pleasure, I am glad to help.
Justin - Thanks very much for the review of my song "Automatic Luncheonette." One of the best reviews I've ever received (not talking scores); with excellent observations and thoughtful suggestions coming from a (your) position of expertise and fine judgment. After listening to some of your tunes (especially thought The Drop was spectacular) I value your thoughts even more!
That's very kind Robert. I understand the value in a positive and constructive review, and whilst I don't profess to hold all the answers I can promise an instinctively musical response that I hope is of use. I wish you every success.
Justin, The Drop is a trip, man. Too Cool! - Nick
I appreciate that Nick, try "Keep Your Enemies Closer", if you dare!
Very Orchestral in 21st Century style. And a great ending (endings are hard). Hope my patronage brings you more plays! -N
Hi Justin. Thank you for the great review of my song "Petals of fire". I understand your review come from an highly professional view. I'm an unsigned artist.
thanks. Osea
Michael, clearly I'm not the first and definitely not the last to say that Returning Home is superb and I'm not in the least surprised it has successfully been placed: congratulations. Justin
FOUR Months ago you said this statement. NOW I just see it. A big-belated thanks for your kind, kind words! Peace, Michael
Justin - Thank you for your review of "Just The Way They Are." I really appreciate the feedback. I wish you the best in your own musical endeavours. - Nick Berry
