Hi there Stelios!
Thanks for your great review of Skylark! You are quite the accomplished musician. Maybe we could work together in the future...? Would you mind looking at my I Dreamed a Dream and let me know what you think of the arrangement (my own), counter melody in the cello/strings (mine too) and the orchestration...I always need a great orchestrator!!! Good luck out there and on here and all the best to you!

Hi Deborah,

Thank you for your good words. Coming from a musician like you, I have to say that I am honored.
You have done a remarkable work in your tracks.
I listened to "I dreamed a dream" and I really liked it. Strings are very wisely used, passionate, but on the same time discreet. I also liked the changes in melody and of course your vocals.

However, one of the most interesting thing in all your tracks is that you always put in there nothing more than what your music needs, always skillful, but never overflowing. This is a virtue I highly appreciate.

Yes, I would like to collaborate with you. If you have an idea, a melodic line, or just lyrics (I am a horrible lyricist), I would like to work with you and establish a collaboration. I am also interested in orchestration.

All the best,

Stelios

Hi Stelios,
Thanks for the very kind words. Yes, would love to collaborate sometime on a project. Where do you live? LA ? I get to LA pretty often since my sister is out there "in the business" (movies that is). She was in The Artist and on the Golden Globes. This business is tough to break into, you have had much success. I'm very happy for you. I do write lyrics mainly, but also hear tunes, etc. let's be friends on here and keep in touch, okay? If you are ever in Texas please let me know? Take care! Deborah

I also have to mention that my producer, Troy Warren of Absolute Sound, was fantastic in aiding with the arrangements and orchestration...he is in Houston too.

Hi Deborah,

Congratulations for your sister! It is really obvious that behind this good sound there is a good producer. I was about to ask. It will be my pleasure to meet both of you. Actually, I live in London, but I will be in LA this March for a documentary. I agree, let´s stay in touch and maybe we may come up with something.

Sincerely,

Stelios

yes, we live an ocean apart! But the world is getting smaller and smaller. Good luck with the documentary. Sounds like you are into social issues, a good thing.
