Greta the Grumpy and Brad the Sad undergo attitude changes that help them to smile and make this world a more cheerful, pleasant place.
Chorus: Give me an S (S), M (M!), S - M - I - L - E!
A big, fat juicy one that stretches out your cheeks.
Give me an S (S), M (M!), S - M - I - L - E!
This world will be more cheerful if we give out more of these!
There was a girl named Greta; she came from Grumpy Town.
She griped about most everything; she pouted and she frowned.
Then one day she realized her attitude was dumb.
She stuck a smile on her face, and started having fun. CHORUS
There was a boy named Bradley; he grew up kind of poor.
The hurricane destroyed his house when he was only four.
Brad was sad but helped his mom by giving her his smile.
Mom smiled back and got on track; they made it through the trial. CHORUS
So if your smiling muscles have been tired and out of whack
Think of Brad and Greta and just give your grin a crack.
There?s so much to be glad about; God?s given us a lot!
So stick a smile on your face! And give it all you?ve got! CHORUS
GREAT EVERYTHING KATE! AS USUAL GREAT STORY!
nice recording for this genre, i like the children's voices
How cool! A song about a big, fat, juicy smile :) I really like it. Great market potential for ads and children's camps and kindergartens. Very catchy and memorable. Cool effects with the laughter and cheery sounds, too. Nice arrangement. Kudos to the lyricist and composer!
Beautiful lead vocals, I like the children's voices as well - great message as well! This song sounds like a song that would work well with a children's musical.
What a terrific song, certainly made me smile listening to it! :)
