good overall production, good choice of sounds, stragne combination with horns, organ and no guitat but does the work. Good lyrics, good voice and melody.
It's an interesting mix genres with a good potential. A lot to work to do to bring out the real potential of this nice song.
Very clever song. The mixture of reggae and more classic rock works really well. And then at around 2:36 more like jazz brass progression as well. I can't find any reason to hold back any marks in the scoring bit. Clever instrumentation with hammond organ and brass and several layers of teh vocals as well.
Nice to Hear the Brass in this song. Great intro! Well balanced production. Vocals have a "Neil Young' sound which is good!
Really like the groove of the music.... Love the instruments chosen for this.... Has a bit of today and a bit of yesterday in it. The Bass is awesome.... I love the drums especially the play on the ride and hihats. The format is cool to.... I hope your music can get some placements.... I can here this in alot of productions!
I love the intro and also the drums are great, the saxophone really gives the song a lot of cool vibes. Great vocals, sounds a little like Steely Dan!
Very original presentation both musically and lyrically. Love the way the horns are used. Vocals are somehow very expressive and somewhat laid-back both at the same time. Liquid prison? Great terminology.
Love this. This sounds more like Reggae than Hard Rock. I love the feel and groove. Great break at 3:00 in. This piece is perfectly mixed and orchestrated. Vocals are terrific. This is a tremendous piece of music. Well done.
Great intro. I really like the instrumentation. The brass sounds fantastic. I like the idea of a Reggae/Rock crossover. The vocalist puts the song over really well. Outstanding instrumental bridge. I like the stripped out third verse. The song has shades of Steely Dan, which is no bad thing. Nicely recorded. Great sound quality
