Her style can be described as fun, fresh and classy hot AC with incredible musicianship and intelligent lyrics.
Lavelle's music is in demand and has been getting great reviews from critics from the beginning. While she was only 18 and still in High School four of her songs were licensed the MTV network's for use on many shows including "My Super Sweet Sixteen" and "Making the Band". In 2008 Lavelle signed a five song publishing deal with "Original Source Music" for film, television and commercial placement.
Lavelle relocated from her native Canada to San Diego, California where she has teamed up with award winning, songwriter producers Andy Machin and Margaret McClure. Together they have been working diligently in the studio co-writing and recording for over 2 years. In that time Lavelle has dedicated her life to her craft and performed at many venues throughout San Diego including several appearances on local cable TV.
