Linda began her musical career at the age of 4, when Betty Stoddard (renown pianist) discovered Linda playing tunes on the piano and, recognizing her precocious talent, offered to provide formal instruction gratis. While still in elementary school, she was invited to study and tour with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music; however, her parents declined, fearing that environment would prevent her from leading a well-rounded childhood. Linda ultimately expanding her expertise to include the organ, clarinet, drums, guitar and numerous other instruments that attracted her interest along the way. At the age of 19, Linda began composing music and ultimately discovered that her true passion was songwriting. She has been writing songs ever since, with a focus on pop ballads. Linda began her musical career at the age of 4, when pianist Betty Stoddard discovered her spontaneously playing tunes on the piano and, recognizing her precocious talent, offered to provide formal classical piano instruction gratis. While still in elementary school, Linda was invited to study and tour with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music; however, fearing that environment would prevent her from leading a healthy, well-rounded childhood, her parents declined the offer on Linda's behalf. Linda continued her formal training under Ms. Stoddard's tutelage, ultimately expanding her expertise to include the organ, clarinet, drums, guitar and numerous other instruments that attracted her interest along the way. She performed in various bands, orchestras and choral groups throughout her school years and was featured in countless solo concerts throughout Northern California. At the age of 19, Linda began composing music and ultimately discovered that her true passion was songwriting. She has been writing music ever since, creating songs that reflect her personal life experiences and honor people who have made a profound impact on her life. She is a member of ASCAP.
