In My Own Words
I was born in Singapore to military parents in a British owned Royal Air Force Base. Soon after my family moved to London. England where I studied the violin and the piano. At twelve years old I had the privilege of playing the violin in my school orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall. Shortly after my public debut. I moved with my family to the United States where I learned how to play the alto saxophone, and began my singing career. I have since sang at many venues in NYC including the Cotton Club, the Victoria Five Theater, Sweetwaters, and at the St. George Theater in Staten Island. I have also performed in many night club venues, and block-party events in the NYC Tri-state area.
