I am a musician, composer and piano teacher. My musical journey began as a pianist and oboist and soon encompassed folk music as a vocalist/guitarist.
When the high road led to Alaska, I developed an interest in Light Opera; specifically Broadway music. This interest led, after several happy seasons in rehearsal halls and orchestra pits, to a collaboration that produced "The Mommy Dance," on which I co-wrote the music. This musical played to rave reviews throughout Alaska, the Lower 48 and Canada.
My love of folk music led to two CDs... one being "Peace Like A River," an offering of joyful and passionate brush arbor music featuring Wade Hampton Miller and the St. Mary's Praise Singers. Another CD, "Out of the Kitchen," from The Moms, offers an often humorous take on life, family and more.
My journey continues as I explore different musical genres and many wonderful venues and opportunities via an ever-expanding universal audience.
Thank you for listening...
