Listened to your song on CF Top Ten list- well written, love the simple arrangement. You have a great voice!
Hi Cory - I am guessing you mean "I Really Hate..." on the Contemporary Folk list? If so, that is a studio vocalist and production, but thank you! Susan

Glad to finally release "The Dingoes Ate Our Record", a collection of original songs with themes of love, loss, longing, serial killers, angry young men, even a love affair with a meteorologist. Yep, that's a lot for one record. Found at http://cdbaby.com/cd/wheelhouse3 1

Sorry-- just seeing this today. Thanks for the nice comment! Whit
touching story- the background violin enhances the mood and feel of this song and works well with the vocals.
Thanks for your comments Cory ... so glad you enjoyed it.
Hi Cory, thanks for the great review of 'Calling Out', I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much. I've always been pleased with it personally, it was one of those songs that came from nowhere really, sometimes they seem to have a life of their own. Good luck mate and thanks again.
Hey Andy- thanks for the recent song review. Congratulations on your success!
Hey Janet- thanks for the thoughtful song review, and congratulations on your success!
Hi Cory, you are very welcome. Thank YOU!! :)
I really appreciate these comments. My recordings are home-grown, and I submitted a song to a contest where you can hear my engineer's squeaky chair in the background. Song got to finalists round out of 600 entries. Shakespeare would likely say "the song's the thing..."
Hey Al, I get the Beatles feel in this song. Nice hook and good luck with the buzz this song seems to be building
Thanks Cory! I wasn't aware there was a buzz! I just had it published by Rex Benson and he's started sending it around so I'm keeping my fingers crossed something happens with it. Thanks again for your nice comment Cory. -Al
