Thanks Julia.........it helps when there are visuals that fit quite well. I will probably have to take it down at some point, i don't have permission to use the film. I do not attempt to make money from the you tube videos so it might be ok to keep it as long as I acknowledge the copywrite. Not sure how it works :), I will plead innocence until I'm told to take it down :)

I understand!! Copywrite's are very tricky!!well it seemed like your song was meant for the movie:)....I have been told if you make "$" off of it it's wrong( obviously so, )but a mechanical license is needed for any use and for possible granted permission:)... The " big " people are after other " big" people.... Those who use and abuse all for the mighty $... I wouldn't worry too much but look into it :) again love the song!!

My wife's off visiting family and sent me this review today on " Because I Love You Only"

"Ok baby, it's more than a nice tune! You know I am your number one fan and I love everything you write. Best of all, I like the title! It's a great tune my sweetheart!"

Boy I tell ya............... If the all reviews could only be that nice. It's good to have fan club even with just one member. She's the reason I try and the one I write for.

Ive played stuff for my wife, and I get a lot of " I dont know, its not your best work" , unless I tell her I wrote the song bout her, then its "oh , thats great !"

I have written about a serial killer murdering his bride, and another about my love for a prostitute! I guess that's why my "good lady" tends not to like a lot of my own songs! Will all be forgiven when "Love Me Forever Again" gets completed Kenney.

It's a love song about her.... What's not to like?

Just Another Girl, great pop rock track. Can hear Avril Lavigne or Pink singing this. Very commercial/current. Good job with vocals as well.

Number 1 & number 10 in the Classic Rock charts, how cool is that!!!!

very cool........... but it's very good work so it should be up there.

I think this could be a really good song. Loving the guitars. This track reminds me a bit of some of "Big Country's" rarities/demos. That is a compliment not a criticism, I am a huge fan of the Scottish band. There is a good catchy melody in the background here, just needs "amped" up a bit & given the full works.

I've always been a fan of Big Country. Probably one of the most underrated bands. They had some wonderfully fresh approaches to song writing. Glad you enjoyed it...... kenney

I listened to some Big Country this morning and I can see what you mean in that context to "My Betty and Louise. Wow.... thanks I'll take the compliment.... kenney

Thanks Kenney, If I have time I would quite like to have a go writing some lyrics for a track of yours. Not promising anything, I am an amateur who normally comes up with a lyric first, then I get the melody. Not the norm' I know. If anything comes to mind, I will send you something. cheers Alan

I'm the complete opposite. I first come up with a riff or chord changes then write a song around that.

Betty and Lousie started exactly that way. I wrote that opening riff then the rest came to me afterward.

I can't write lyrics but I can get inspired to write a musical phrase around a lyric. So let's give it a shot............. kenney

Had a listen to a lot of your tracks. Very well written & performed. Great lyrics, uplifting & inspirational. Far removed from my own writing style (dark, moody, terse lyrics). I think I really need to lighten up a bit & try to be cheerier! Born to Dance is my favourite, Crank it Up another and The Long Ride is something my wife would love me to write for her!! She's getting a bit worried/suspicious about my own lyrical subject matter haha!! Excellent songwriting Keith & Bruce.

Thanks so much. The Long Ride was written for my wife. I had the first four lines and nothing else would come for a year and a half. Then one night the rest of the song came in 5 minutes. I wish I could write cool rock songs...LOL Our always end up being love songs. Go figure. Thanks again! Cheers Keith
