For the last 2 years I have been looking for singers and musicians to collaborate with me, so far only talk talk talk, no action. So I am selling my entire studio, I am fucking done dealing with flakes. First $20k takes it all.

Greetings Yves Stilmant. Jesse Mendez here. Just wanted to give you a shoutout and tell you I am honored that you would be friends. I have had my profile here for many, many years and have had no one reach out to me as you have. Now retired at 69, live in Sparks NV. I thought I would never be able to reach out to someone with your qualifications and say how blown away to finally reach one person who likes my material. I moved to LA, CA many years ago but never could make a connection. I would be honored if you would use one of my songs in your projects. Hello Jesse, thank you for the kind words, just for you to know, I am working for the movie and TV industry, but it will be difficult for me to use someone else's materials, for the simple reason that what ever I submit has to be written by me only, one of the things music supervisors are requiring. Having said this, I can give you a few pointers to submit your music to the appropriate channels, but I only know about sync licensing. If you want to, I'll be more than happy to send you some links if that helps, be aware that is one tough market. Let me know. By the way, I am 65 and live in South Lake Tahoe, where I have my studio. What I actually can do for you, is to mix your tracks and master them if this something you might consider, if you listen to my materials, you can forge your opinion about it; I do a lot of MIDI and am specialized in it...
