tonepoet is the most recent and most electronic manifestation of Zack Jordan, who has been creating music under various monikers for several years. He has been a part of, at one time or another: Zack and the Disciples of Groove, The Ministry of Chill, Soul Mechanical, and lovegroove depthcharge. All of these bands have been some combination of rock and electronica, and their music can be found on various other websites. tonepoet is Zack Jordan's first foray into almost total electronica. tonepoet's music is electronic, but it is unique. Drawing from influences as diverse as 20th century classical and hard rock, Zack melds unorthodox tones and sounds together to create something new. Nothing is sonically off-limits when it comes to tonepoet.
