I gave this an overall 5 stars because it is obvious that the style and arrangement is directed towards a specific market, like a Disney theme song. So given that impression, this song is near-perfect for a floating-in-a-dream type of movie or TV film geared towards that subject. The songwriter has obvious arrangement talents, from the structure, to the lyrics, to the subtle solo strings coming in at the right times. It is soothing and well-written for the animated film industry, no doubt about it. I would pitch this song to every open animated film opportunity because most of them are about boy/girl innocent and confusing feelings these days. I think the artist is spot-on in delivering a song for that industry.
Male vocalist has a nice voice! Instrumentals are very well done. Very nice arrangement and the supporting vocals have beautiful harmony.
Very pleasant and soulful piece. Resembles a lot of the ballads from the 70's and early 80's, but with a more contemporary feel.
I loved the soft simple melody, it gave power to the vocals. It's a very sweet sound, I liked the background music. I enjoyed listening to it. The lyrics set up the imagery very nicely. It reminded me of old school pop. I could see it being used in a scene for a movie. Godd job!
Great concept the arrangement was on point
reminds me of the Beatles song yesterday.
This is s lot more mellow that I expected - and I was pleasantly surprised. Not 'edgy' lyrics, but kind of old-fashioned, which is really very nice. Could be adapted to high-production boy band Dreampop type stuff if need be (the little I've heard anyway). Lovely song in any case.
Great, magic, enchanting, wonderful song.
Good to hear harmonies beef up a song. The song would be lost without them.
I think this is a wonderful wedding song. Very beautiful. Sort of traditional but not pretentious. Nice work.
Nice chord changes and the vocals sound good. Nice arrangement.
very sweet melody
