Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song for many reasons. One reason is Savannah is the nativity city of my Father, it is where my Grandfather and Grandmother ended up in the early 1900, and started their family. During a honeymoon trip, I was inspired to finally put my feelings about this historic gem of the south to music.

The Streets of Savannah was inspired by a Honeymoon trip to Savannah GA. The mystique of the city moved me.
