Story Behind The Song

In the summer of 2004, the State of Florida was ravaged by four hurricanes! I felt God's call to write a song about this tumultuous experience. As communities hunkered down, uncertainty loomed. This song's purpose was to capture the intensity while inspiring listeners that God is here with us in the midst of life's storms.

Written and produced in a 12 hour span as Hurricane Jeanne hit the state of Florida.
