great sound ing recording

Really cute and somewhat risque piece with a nice driving presence and really good instrumentation, especially guitar work, done in a grandiose Jimmy Buffet style.

You had me from the first note. I loved the vocals. I liked your specifics of why the girl Wanda intrigues you and what you did in the verses to get her and the big payoff in the chorus. Did you like specific instrumental parts--vocals 1) Does my intro make you want to hear the song? yes 2) Does my opening line draw you in and make you want to hear more? Somewhat 3) Is my melody interesting? yes 4) Does my melody get stuck in your head? yes 5) Does my chorus stand out and take the song to a higher place? Somewhat.

Cool, incendiary bright rock and roll!

I love the lyrics on this. The guitar sound is really good too. The beginning reminded me of T-Rex. The rest of it reminded me of The Fugs. Neat stuff though, keep it up!!!

A very funny misogynistic song. So what! Politically proudly incorrect.

Nice catchy upbeat tune! A real toe tapper, made me want to get up and dance around! Funny lyrics. Definitely has commercial appeal. Guitar is shredding!

thats some pure rock. nice and cool! good vibe.

Sort of boogie/r'n'r/blues/pop song with a shimmering rhythm guitar, and catchy melody. It's in the Chuck Berry/Rolling Stones zone. It works.

Good stuff overall! The subject matter and upbeat instrumentation works well to make this a fun and upbeat song.

The intro is a good length--you get into the first verse right away. I like the instrumentation at the beginning as well--it helps draw you into the song.

In general, the mix sounds pretty good and production is good as well.

I love the lyrics and the hook is hilarious. I don't listen to this genre much but i know a good song when i hear one

I'm certainly a sucker for a good solid 12 bar blues, and this gives me a fix. The 'Wanda don't keep me waiting here too long' lyric is great. Appropriate dirty blues loud-ish guitar solos fit well. Balance between instruments is fine. Vocal harmony is appropriately set behind the lead. There will always be a place for songs like this! If that changes, I hope I'm long gone. Keep making blues rock songs!

I'm smiling and I'm still dancing in my chair from this tune. If you like something with a rockabilly flavor, you just found a tune to spin. And spin you will. This one keeps moving and has just the right tone to give it the true flavor of the genre. I'm on it again... a great listen!
