It stands out because while it sounds retro, by that same token this type of music isn't really hear much these days. Refreshing in a nostalgic way.

Great mix, very solid cohesive sound with the guitar definitely up front in the mix and the focus of the song but all the instruments audible. The artist avoided a common pitfall of IDY engineering and had the drums placed properly in the mix, driving the beat but not too hot as to be distracting.

Nice overall sound waiting for the lyric to travel on with this cool sound!

It has a Crazy Horse Neil Young sound, maybe a little psychedelic! Reminds me of the 60's and that's showing my Old Guy age...... It could play in a film about the 60's & the drug culture.........

Here's a great rock instrumental. It breathes excitement and energy. No vocals. Would probably find its niche somewhere out there. Lead guitarist really tears it up. Bass, drums, all very tight. Very dance-able track. Nice job, folks! Excellent recording.

This song has a great high energy / aggressive guitar vibe. The organ is nice. The progression is catchy and keeps my interest throughout. I also like the guitar melody and how it builds and moves and takes you with it for a ride without feeling the need for vocals or more melodic voicing. The instrumentation and mix for this song are perfect and feels cohesive and supports the feeling very well. The guitar tone is gritty and textured, and I love it.
