well conceived and produced tune --- Nice feel and groove, well played and sung, nice guitar licks in the mix.. the concept as a a tribute song is cool and always inviting for a listener,,,
Really intersting and engaging lyrics. Male and female harmonies work beautifully together-great transition through the chorus. You sure know your guitarists and songwriters! Good music can soothe your soul, and so can this. Great shout out to some amazing musicians.
Nice song, nice vibe, theres a home for song somewhere
Oh lordy what a fine piece of music....this was such fun ... i loved everything about this song from voice, music, lyrics ...so many mentions of great singers. How great is that.
Cool song!! I myself like tributes like this, although I'm not sure how much of a commercial market there is for them. This is really well done. I like the arrangement....simple but appropriate with some real tasty guitar licks. Vocal is heartfelt and quite good.
Sounds a little like Neil Young in a country mode, nice vocals, some soulful guitar, and long list of the greats.
This is a fun song! Great tune.
This is KILLER!! Great Vocalist and lyrics, super song!! The END!!
What else can I say........this is a hit out of the ball park!! This music needs to be on Radio, an Ipod, the Internets!!
THIS IS A 5 STAR REVIEW! 10 thumbs up.........Reachin' for the Stars moment......what else is there to say!!!!
Wanst to hear more of this Artist!! Tell them GREAT, GREAT JOB!!
Bluesy country song honoring pioneers in the genre. Well done.
This a really is a fun song. Great way to start the day. A great song in the Country Blues genre.
I liked the list of performers, but, dude, where are the women singer/songwriters? Janis Joplin, Grace Slick, Joni Mitchell, Reba, Dolly, Cheryl Crow....etc....maybe another song to write? {:? D
Nice balanced recording and I loved the singers voice and timber. Hooky melody clever lyrics that went beyond just a laundry list of artists. Nice job!
This is a really different take on an expository type of song about music and various artists.
It's slightly reminiscent of Gordan Lightfoot or some of the other Canadian artists.
I like the tension between the arrangement and the production
Very professional recording, puts you in the country bar. With Clapton in the corner. Nice music history.
