Story Behind The Song
Jerry Williams sent Glenn Warren a melody and asked him to write a lyric to it. Glenn thought it suggested a gospel lyric and Jerry agreed. After many discussions, they finished the song in its earlier version. Glenn went back and revised the music in 2004 to make it singable for everyone's vocal range.
