Story Behind The Song

This was originally written as a tongue-in-cheek Good-bye to the COVID pandemic that changed the world. It was written in September of 2020 when I thought it was OVER. Of course, it wasn't, so the song has some fun trying to tell how strange things had become - and stayed.

Song Description

Instrumental version of Dance, Hip/Hop tune. Lots of instrumental musical motifs up front and throughout. The "Verse" appears at :56, with the melody played by a variety of pads and synths. The "Chorus" is at 1:14, driven largely by horns. There is a rap section at 2:00. In this instrumental version there is a fun sub-bass groove that rocks along until 2:34, when the "Verse" returns with a huge rhythm guitar riff. The "next verse" appears at 2:39, followed by another Chorus, Verse and Chorus.
