Hi, about "Sara" I was living w/her parents near Santa Barbara. It was 1978-9. I never finished it. but I do remember the chorus:

Sara oh Sara it's fun to watch u grow.
Sara oh Sara there's so much u don't know
someday you'll take your place in this world
I hope to God you're a lucky girl
Sara oh Sara it's fun to watch u grow, watch u grow.

I remember the melody too. It's very pretty. I should've finished it. Maybe I will.

U must know Jon & Ann. I'd love to hear from them. I hope they're OK. They were the best. Those were good times for me.

Hi Paul,
This is Sara, Anne and Jon's daughter. Thank you for getting back to me. I was looking for the song because I'm getting married this next year and I wasn't to sure of the lyrics. I wanted to see if it could be a song suited for the father daughter dance. My mom said that she thought they had a copy on cassette tape but not sure where it is. I would love to hear the melody. I passed on your contact info to my parents. Here are their conact info

Hello Paul, Many years ago you wrote a song I believe called "Sara". Is there any way to get a copy of that song?
