Hey Joe, great song 'I hope you will Wait' it has a lot of potential and very beautiful piano melody. I do think that the vocals need to be stronger to really get the message across, but very heartfelt song indeed.
Hi there, Joe! Happy New Year. Glad you liked Faithful Always Faithful. Obviously I wrote it for my husband. The original version was way more personal and historic. The rewritten version (which you reviewed) was written so that more people could identify with it. It is a real tearjerker at my senior shows. Hope you have a GREAT new year and much success with your music. Your friend in FL, Mrs. Kate
No worries, I`ve just posted a new song btw! Check it out! Have a great new year too :)
Hi Joe, it's me, Mrs. Kate. Your song is so sweet! I love the innocence of it. The message is one that is really needed in this "anything goes" society that threw away God's rules a long time ago. Suggestions: Work on fluidity in the piano. Maybe someday add some strings in as the song progresses. The vocalist did a fine job. For some reason, I found her hard to understand (muddy mix) at the beginning, but much clearer as the song progressed. Perhaps it was just my getting used to her voice. "I hope you will wait for me" might sound better with one less syllable: I hope you'll wait for me. Might flow more easily as a phrase that way. Well, that's my 2 cents. Keep up the good work. God bless you and Merry Christmas! Mrs. Kate in FL
