Story Behind The Song
Written back when I was single. It was inspired by the book I Kissed Dating Goodbye by Joshua Harris and the song Wait For Me by Rebecca St James. It was written and recorded live 8 years ago on an analog 4 track recorder by me and a singer who has since moved on to a teaching career. Always wanting to be a songwriter, I am now finally pursuing my dream of finding a record company song placement and am open to working and calibrating with any producer/singer/label that`s willing to give this crossover song a chance.
Song Description
This song is about a guy and a girl who are friends but praying about whether they should be together as a couple, with one hoping the other will wait for them.
