H-M Management started out by setting up live showcases in San Antonio, TX at Papa Ray's on St. Mary's Strip. Understanding that fresh, up and coming artists didn't have much money, H-M never charged artists to perform. Realizing after a year of hosting showcases, that many artists lacked the knowledge of music business, began taking on the hat of a manager and registering the business. H-M Management is about helping artists learn and excel in their music careers by offering free advice and guiding them as well as promoting for no fees at all.
