Welcome to my web site.Hope you will take the time to listen to some of my songs.

I have been writing songs since the late 1960's.
I enjoy listening to all types of music and feel that is reflected in the songs on this site.

Over the years I have had a number of songs released on record.I also have a number of songs placed with music publishers.

Probably my biggest success to date is a song called 'Da-Be-Doo-Da-Be-Day' that I wrote for the now legendary childrens entertainer Uncle Billy whom I met at Butlins Ayr in the mid nineties when I was on holiday with my then small children.

I have recently completed recording the 'Mountain Rio' album which is a collection of country songs written by myself.The album was recorded in Nashville with the assistance of some of Nashville's great session musicians to whom I am eternally grateful for their terrific work.

The 'Cadence' project:

'Cadence' are a collection of session singers and musicians that were hand picked specially by myself to record christmas songs released at christmas 2008 as an ep and available from itunes and amazon.
