Hi guys

Yes, I create these from scratch. My goal for 2022 is 2 to 6 beats a day and 1 to five lyrics per day. This is my passion and so easy and effortless for me.

Hi Schantell , many thanks for your review of I'M NOT GIVING UP ON US YET . I've been listening to some of your songs , you write some great lyrics . Good luck , and take care .

Hi Schantell, on iPad just now and see your Review of my song, "The Promise". Thanks for positivity and complimentary Review! This was my first recording in which I had three verses.
Your comment about a Six minute song is bang on! I was advised that no radio would play it at that length so I promptly changed it to two smaller verses and included a bridge which I felt it needed! The Result is on my Broadjam page under the title, "The Promise" by itself!
There are extra instrumental versions.
There is a place however for a six minute song if the Lyrics are right. My original version you Reviewed has been taken by KimberleyDunn.com who sang it, and has it on her site to offer clients for "End Of Life Ceremonies". Kim thinks it is popular because of the Lyrics as well as the Haunting melody!
Check her site out Schantell.
I really think you will like my updated version!
At the moment it is a Finalist in the UKSC this year.
I would love to hear your feedback unofficially of this version. A warm thanks again, Jim Aitken

Cheers Redlady!
Thank you for your review of By Antennae Cable Or Satellite...I must have failed in the story telling, as you mentioned I believe that the "girl" in the verses you wanted more of a backstory...when the song is about a male soldier in a desert war, hoping to get through to his wife and kids, simple as that, but alas, for you it didn't make sense I guess, and thus it's a failure to me...
Thank you again for your review, and I'll see how many others thought the same thing...

I tried to give the song a Five star but it would let me.
I love the honesty of the song, the emotions and feeling you sing are so real. If you ever want to co-write a song with me let me know.

Good Morning, RedLady!
Just shootin' you a quick THANK you for a thorough review of the song "WE". I put this song on Broadjam over a year ago wondering if anyone other than my immediate family or friends had heard it yet. I sincerely wanted the input of a total stranger, hoping to make them a new acquaintance. I'm looking forward to delivering more and even hearing some of your material as well.

Thanks again for the encouragement!

You have a wonderful songwriting team. Your songs have memorable, hooky tunes and true to life lyrics written by the soul. When did songs like that get lost from the mainstream? You're part of the wave bringing them back.

Hi Schantell, Thanks for your review of The Moonlight, very thorough and detailed. I take your points about being more specific, no probs with any of your comments. I think I probably left this a little vague on purpose so that it could fit the situation for lots of people involved in a breakup who have had to watch their loved one being moved in on by other people. I'll have another good listen though because I genuinely enjoy getting feedback and use it routinely to help me along with projects.
Thanks again and good luck with your songs.
Bob

Hello Red. Great review. Thank you. Talk to Nana is a kids song. It started out as a "pass the baby " song and then evolved into a song for jids to go to the significant adults in their lives with their problems. So that's why there's no real story to the song. But I love the questions you asked. Are you a songwriting teacher?

Hello scantily and welcome to Broadjam! Thanks for the review of my song. It's actually a rewrite if the original version i wrote years ago. Had to update it. I just moved to Indiana in 2020 and have been trying to connect with other songwriters. I live in Marion in Grant County.
