hey MARCH!--thanxs for the nice review of my song--/CAR LOT BLUES/--have had a lot of fun with that one--cheers--joe
Thanks for your review of Empty Echoing Man. Yes, I agree the vocals are muddy - that's caused by a mistake in production. But I think I'll start a campaign for a "work in progress" category so people don't just focus on production! But I take your comments - your songs show you know an awful lot about production!
Thanks for reviewing my song Heavenly. Your time and feedback are greatly appreciated.
thnx for the review of 2 o clock in the morning. BTW you guys are outstanding! Great recordings, great songs.
btw I made it a free download - the tune is not mastered so it will noy be super hot but w/e it's free
hey thanks for the review of our song "september". Just listened to some of your tunes, sounds great! If you would like to buy our album it's available on bandcamp.com. Give some of our other tracks a listen and let's hit each other up on facebook. thanks again.
Sound great, man. will do!
Thanks for your review of my song: COME ON HOME BABY. Your critique was great, but you voted it low on quality of lyrics and arrangement. I thought the lyrics were very interesting. You know, it's all subjective anyway, but I appreciate the nice things you said.
Okay this is going to sound weird but i don't think 'high quality' mark on lyrics and arrangement is always a good thing. A 3 out of 5 to me means the lyrics and arrangement are very relatable to the listener on mass. Any higher than that and your moving into more of a leonard cohen or Frank Zappa type territory. Not that i don't love those guys and that type of music, but sometimes i don't want to have to figure out the 'secret hand-shake' before i can fully enjoy listening to something. For instants, I'd give the Beatles "In my life" the same rating on lyrics, and that song makes me cry every time i hear it. To me, it's the greatest song ever written. Partly because the song doesn't make me think, it makes me feel. E.
OK, thanks.
Hey guys, thanks for the review or my song "Feeding the Flame." I see what you're saying about it being a bit dated and the production being not so great. I'm only 14, so I'm still working on the production part, which will help with it being dated. Thanks again ~Lil Puf
You're ahead of the game for being only 14, mate. keep doing what you're doing. Listen to as much different kinds of music as possible, everything from artist like Skrillex, to old foreign film soundtracks, to Miles Davis. As a beat maker it will help you out a lot. I can already tell that the scope of your talent is going to take you far beyond just hip-hop.
Thanks so much! I see what you're saying, I try to be pretty diverse. Thanks for the advice!
Hi , Thank you for the review . Best ,
Thank you for the Review. More to come soon.
I just review yr song about a week ago.. love it. thank u for yr review. also r u interested in collaborating??
Hello Pappa Phill. I just had a chance to view your message. Thanks again for the review. Collaborating is possible in the future, but I'm not a musician. Most of the production/Musician work is done by my god-brother and some by my god-sisters. Let's keep in touch on this and have a wonderful evening.
thanks for the amazingly POSITIVE review!!! (ha, ha , ha,)
