"Time to Think", great song. love it!
Thanks Russ, feedback is much appreciated. Bob
Hi again Russ, Thanks for reviewing "Scorcher". Bill
Hi Russ, Appreciate the review and comments on "Coast City"...and you're probably right in you assessment. Bill
Hi Russ , thanks for your review of "I'VE GOT SOMETHING TO GIVE YOU" . Spot on with your comment about it being a fun song . That's all it's meant to be , nothing more , nothing less .
I like fun songs!
Ha Ha , me too !
"A song for You". Great song with wonderful lyric. Loved it. Keep up the great work.
Thank you Russ , I wrote it for my daughter's birthday when she moved out to Dubai . She cried her eyes out , bless her !
Just uploaded an instrumental "The Drawing Room" (title may change) containing not one note of guitar. The tune came to me as I was improvising on my keyboard and it has a similarity to the theme music from Downton Abby, hence the title to reflect an English Country House. As a non-pianist, this song was a challenge and I suspect there will be amendments to it in due course. Comments welcome, as always. Thanks, Bob
VERY nice work on The Drawing Room, Bob...the piano works just fine, as does all else... one suggestion might be, you do not need the drums at all IMO...it holds up just fine without... and who says you can't play piano? Kudos... Warren ps--i'd give you stars, but CAN'T FIND THEM attached to your song dammit, this new system will take awhile I guess...
...wait, i found the stars! yeah...
Thanks Warren. Good observation, I have toyed with removing the percussion, will listen again. Muchas gracias for the stars (if I can find them on this new layout!).
Bob, Another great tune all around. The piano is quite fine. No worries there. Pease DON'T remove the drums & I would suggest keeping the percussion through the entirety. @ 1:27 use a soft sidestick, kick & ride cymbal. And again when that section repeats @ 2:22(?). This a great tune from top to bottom. real good stuff!
Many thanks Russ, I'm very grateful for your constructive feedback. Bob
Great New Photo Russ, you look like Eric Clapton!! Toodles, STay Safe!!
Hi Russ, Many thanks for an excellent review of Thomas, very kind words. You refer to a vocal, part of the melody used is from Love Is In The Things I Do on my song list. It was written several years ago and was sung by a wonderful vocalist Emma Jane, herself a UK singer/songwriter. Worth a listen if you get bored one day! Thanks again for the review, much appreciated. Bob
You are welcome.
Thanks for the stellar review of "I Don't Know If I Love You", Russ! It was either the 2nd or 3rd song I ever wrote on guitar (circa 1971-ish?) and it only took me 50 years to get into the studio. Better late than never
Cheers Russ thanks for your kind review of my Can You Hear Me, greatly appreciated! Warren Hein
great sounding track. I dont know how to critique instrumentals, except to say the instruments sound great.
Thank you gir your review
Gir!
Thanks Russ
Thank you Russ
Thanks man!
Thanks for your great review!
Hi Russ, Thanks for an encouraging and useful review of Homesick, much appreciated. Bob
Hello Russ. Thank you very much for your review of 'Keep Me Warm'. glad you enjoyed the track! David
Hi Russ, Thank you for the review of Warm Weather Blues. You are 100% correct in your assessment. I am surprised that you were so kind :-) It was a pilot song that I thought I removed from the review list. The guitar is really bass-y and the tempo fluctuation occurred because I wasn't using a metronome at the time. The recording is an older one. I am glad that you enjoyed the song and arrangement. If you get a chance, check out some of my latest work :-) Again, I appreciate your time and effort in reviewing my tune. I wish you continued success!! Peace, Robert
Russ, Thanks for the review and comments of "Speed Of Life". Appreciate the input. Bill
Hello Russ. Just want to say 'Thank You' on reviewing "Conquer My Heart". Appreciate your time.

Hi Russ, Thank you for your kind review of I Really Want You Tonight. Somehow you have been getting my oldest tracks to review, this one from about 2012. Although the song has merits, the production is a bit dated, so I'm grateful for a good review! Good luck with your projects, Bob
All tunes that I review are random. I don't choose. I don't know who the song belongs to, til after the review is submitted. A bit of fun! Your stuff is always top notch!
Thank you. No, none of us can choose Russ, it's random for everyone. Cheers, Bob
