Hi Groomhill. Thanks for your feedback on Song for Irene. That goes back a ways. I do like that one as well. Listened to you other songs. Nice quirky melodic tunes with an inviting vocal delivery. Good luck !
Thanks for the great review of Laguna Beach Smoothie. I really appreciate it! Howard
It's a fab track. Love the energy. I really like Broken Flowers too.
Hi Matt, A big thank you for the review on "Love Overwhelms Me" and your constructive Comments are welcome and noted. Much appreciated!
Hi Matt; Really appreciated your review of Breakfast With Tiffany and in particular your thought on improving it. Thanks. Have just had a listen to some of your songs (you really are prolific) and in particular I love Song For Irene (jazz). It's now on one of my playlists. Well worth a frequent listen. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Harry. Thanks for the review and your thoughts on it. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Thank you for tolerating my review.
Hello Wayne. I cannot remember whether I'd thanked you for adding my song 'Sunburst' to your playlist. If not I apologise. I really appreciate your support. David. P.S. I'm really like Poole, great place to live.
Hi David. A pleasure. Just been listening to a few more of your songs. Very eclectic. Impressive playing with such a wide range of styles. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Thanks Wayne. David
Hi Jeremy. Thanks for the comprehensive review. It's great to get really thought through reviews so yours is much appreciated. Have listened to 1980/90 and Traveling with the Dr. Having seen your profile these are really interesting. Have you been aiming at the gamer and apps market? They would seem to sit in that style really well. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hey Wayne, at this point I'm just firing a shotgun to whatever market will pick me up. I have a huge catalog of stuff I wrote and am just now discovering the wonders of the Internet. It would be great to get my stuff placed on an app/video game but my real dream is for a placement in a cartoon on Cartoon Network or Adult Swim. If you'd like, feel free to follow me (in whatever way is possible on this site) because I'm in the process of going through my library and will definitely add more stuff soon!
Hi Sandra. Thanks for your review of Breakfast With Tiffany. Appreciate your kind words. Just been having a listen to your music. Excellent series of ambient background themes (quite dark with the exception of Kids Fun Theme) and I can imagine these in a variety of dramatic film themes. Would be very surprised if they haven't already found their way into some (especially, Spook). Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Bill. Thanks for the review of Breakfast With Tiffany. Always good to get a thought comment. Thanks. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Thank you for your positive review of You Mesmerize My Mind ... Appreciate it! Best, Jackie
You've got a couple of songs which stand up with the best. Will look forward to hearing whatever else you come up with. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Patrick. Thanks for the review of Breakfast With Tiffany. Also saw your comments elsewhere about 'comment's being the most important part of a review. Scoring often seems to be affected by someone's personal taste. And talking of personal taste, very much like Sunqueen and Do You Still Live Here (great fusion of jazz, rock and folk). Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi David. Thanks for the review of Breakfast With Tiffany. Appreciate your thoughts. Just had a listen to some of your songs. Really like your guitar work, particularly the infills on 'Wearing a Disguise,' the driving rhythm on 'Get Together,' and pretty much the whole thing on 'First Time In a Long Time.' The way you build the songs and the arrangements are good/nice to hear. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi The Guild. Thanks for the review. Thoughts much appreciated. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Your welcome.
of course.
Hi Randal. Thanks for the review of Breakfast for Tiffany. Much appreciated. Just listened to Thought You Were An Angel. Nice song. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Thanks FOR the review of RHG-yes live drums-had to play them out of my head-then do the other inst-vocs-cant do much more with it-since my boss br-110 erased all my songs one day-argh- i wept-lol
Technology is fab but if there's anything which will make me spontaneously combust it's electronic wizardry. If it's any consolation I've just downloaded 'Make up your mind' for my mp3 player. Keep rockin. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
thanx bro-its highly appreciated-im officially a pro now-- LOL
Hello, thanks for the review of my song "Sunset by the Seaside" .Glad you like it and enjoy it. I place this song in new age category. Bournemouth....I was there for a month in summer (Anglo Continental School of English) wwhen I was 17, I learn there to drink beer!! and yes I will be honoured ifr you want this song for your collection, go for it!!
Hi Ricardo. Yes, we have a lot of language schools here, a lot of students (University area) and quite a lot of beer. Hope you had a good time. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Spider Mic. Thanks for the review of Breakfast With tiffany. Much appreciated. Just listened to a couple of yours; 'Work it out' and Smooth Groove.' Can imagine both being great tracks in film/tv. Have that addictive/dramatic beat. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Always consider it an honor when another musician puts your song on a playlist.... thanks, jackie
Hi Groomhill, thanks for the 5 stars & playlist add for "In My Soul".. much appreciated! cheers, Gail
Hello. Thank you for adding 'Sunburst' to your playlist. It's really appreciated. David
Hi David. I'll probably play it a lot if I can ever sort out the problems I have with Windows 10 ever since I downloaded the free upgrade from Microsoft (for my Windows 7). Broadjam often closes after playing a song on my favourites??? Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Wayne. I know what you mean. I'm still running on Windows XP. I'm reluctant to update because IT problems drive me to distraction! David
Thank you for your 5 star review of Faraway Places.... appreciate your positive feedback .... Best to you, Jackie
A pleasure. Great song and performance. Lyrics work perfectly. Deserves a wider audience and success (although as I write this I guess you and your song may already have reached a wider audience elsewhere). Anyway, it's fab. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Groom, cheers for stars on tongue and swing., i really liked your i got sunshine song. has the feel good factor natural sounding too which i liked. cheers
Hi Tristyn. Thanks for your comments on 'I Got Sunshine.' Some people love it and others sometimes find the back to front approach (verses are played more like a chorus and the chorus is a little more downbeat) a little unusual. I guess it's because most people expect a particular sequence/style. But it's fun to play. Thanks
hi its a good song, i like that style myself. there's plenty of famous songs that do that. some people seem to think songs need to be a certain way but they don't, there's no rules in music just what people like or dont like huh! good song for this weather the sun is actually shining here today its a miracle :)
Thank you so much for the time you took to review our song sweep:) patti
Great tune. You guys have a really eclectic range of music. Nice. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Thanks for the great review guys.
There's some great music tucked away in Broadjam. All a question of taste I know but as far as I'm concerned 'Save the World,' is up there with the best. All the best. Wayne
Hi Suzie. That's a gorgeous song and perfect vocal delivery. Nice arrangement. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Liz. Gorgeous song. Fabulous performance. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi Jack. Just listened to 'Rise.' Love the way you build (at about 1.45). Great production. Nice combination with Holly's vocals. Regards Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Hi. Thanks for your comments, it means a lot. Jack
Thanks for your review of "A Bit of this a bit of that"it is very much appreciated
Hi Patrick. Thanks for the review of Breakfast With Tiffany. Good to have a view with suggestions. By the way; really like Cove Hotel. Draws a great picture. Felt like I was there.
Beatles /Genesis-(early) i know its easy listening--but i cant help seeing a power ending with poppin percussion and back vocals on chorus-either harmony or unison chorus-if it wouldn't work-im wrong--THENKS FOR REVIEW OF MAKE UP YOUR MIND-i wish we were in the same country
Hi Monk. Big body of work you've got posted. Started to make my way through it. You have some nice guitar hooks and a delivery/rhythm of words which makes for some very interesting songs. Good luck with them. Wayne (part of Groomhill)
Thanks- i think country heart and High-are my best chances-as far as commercial success-need a real studio..lol
Thought we'd put another song on; for those called Tiffany, like Audrey Hepburn or simply like breakfast
