And thank you too for reviewing Finnish Polka. Our accordion player will be happy about the compliment! (She and the bodhran drummer are the only ones left from 2005, sigh**) I do do vocals, lots of them! In fact, I think my singing is the only reason these guys are keeping me around. =8( You can find some recent samples on our most recent material, which includes For Belfast: City of Beautiful Girls, Polkas in D (on the middle segment, Peggy Leitirmor) and our cover of The Dropkick Murphys' Shipping Up To Boston -- basically everything at the top of our Broadjam list. Coming up, we'll have a song about the Children of Lir (in both Irish and English) and a song about Phoebe Prince, the Massachusetts kid who was bullied to death. Thanks for the pub invite! If we ever get out to the East Coast, we'll take you up on it. If you come to LA, be sure to stop by the Celtic Arts Center/An Claidheamh Soluis on a Monday night. Slan agat Tomaisin
Thanks again, for reviewing "Victory's Grief" ( a song about Brian Boru at Clontarf) -- a song from six years ago!!! You're right of course about the recording quality. Fortunately our new CD won't have those problems, but unfortunately this song is not going to be on it. :( Slan a chara, Tomaisin BANNA BEAG MALL

Dia daoibh, a chairde! (Hi friends,) Banna Beag Mall is pleased to announce that our newest recording, "Celtic Wedding," is now available for listening on Broadjam! It used to be known as "Polka Blues," and you can still listen to the old version on the same page. Compare them, and we think you'll find the new version to be more beautiful, with better sound engineering thanks to our producer Terry Cano of Bird & Bear Studios! You can also see our new YouTube slide show, "For Belfast: City of Beautiful Girls" at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8SXGoRtJec 1 . Check out some of our other tunes and videos - chances are, there's a lot you haven't heard yet! CD's almost done! Two tracks to go, and they'll be the best of all!!!! Thanks for your support, Tomaisin
