Benedict is a performing guitarist of 24-yrs. playing experience. He is an alumnus of Kennesaw State College, where he studied Classical and Jazz Guitar under Jerry King, and Music Theory and Harmony under piano virtuoso, Joseph Meeks.
He attended the Atlanta Institute of Music (AIM) where he furthered his study of advanced soloing strategies and technique under Jimmy Herring.
