The Rock Island All Stars is a revolving set of studio musicians and professional performers who come together to record the songs of songwriter mitch carr for the "All Star" projects. These seasoned musicians have shared the stage with many well known performers and have played many famous venues on the East Coast, the West coast and Europe.
