During 2011, Swedish Composer Christian Andersson won 3rd Prize in the prestigious International Songwriting Competition with 15,000 competing songs from 115 countries and became a Finalist in the Great American Song Contest, and a couple of months later, he was also awarded finalist position in the the U.K. Songwriting contest. July 2011 he placed one of his songs on MTV to be aired in 60 countries. Christian writes epic, dramatic orchestral scores with strong themes and intelligent melodies. His music has been featured in more than 100 projects and his work can be heard on over 20 TV channels worldwide. Today his music is available in some of the most prominent music agencies in the world. One of the biggest agencies in the world with 2900+ composers and 460,000 tracks has Christian in their exclusive Top-50-Composers Hollywood A-list - the list where the Hollywood film producers go to find the top-of-the-line tracks. He has also been awarded scholarship from the Swedish Musicians' Union for his unique artistic work.
