Avi Hoffman is an accomplished actor/director who has been working in the theater since he was a child. He won the prestigious Los Angeles Ovation Award for Best Actor in a Musical in 2001. Other awards and nominations include the NY Drama Desk, NY Outer Critics Circle and NY Press Magazine’s Best Actor awards, as well as So. Florida’s Carbonell and Curtain up awards. His programs and films have been broadcast on National Public Television and in major Film Festivals, and his television work includes a featured role on NBC’s Law & Order.

He began writing songs at age 16. He formed a band in the 80's and toured under the name O-ZONE. His band included David Gervai on Guitar (Tribeca Recording Studio, NY), Yossi Fine on Bass (John McLaughlin, Gil Evans Orch.) and Tal Bergman on Drums (Billy Idol)
