I first experienced performing for an audience as a child. It was a blessing to be a part of my family's gospel group. My love for gospel music prompted me to become a member of various gospel groups and choirs as a vocalist, drummer and keyboard player.

As a teenager I auditioned for my high school performance group and later advanced choir. The performance group not only taught me about pop and R&B classics, but also sheet music and how to perform to choregraghed steps. The advanced choir taught me breathing and voice control, which further advanced my natural vocal range.

After high school I stayed active in gospel and have performed at weddings, parades, basketball games and talent shows. In spite of a promising career and busy schedule, I found time to write songs and do demo work for song writers. I have finally decided that music is my calling and have set out to trust God to direct my path.

Objective

It is my objective to put God first in my life and next to be a Godly example to my wife and children. As an artist I want to write and perform material where the content and meaning promote a positive solution to life and death.

My music has a timeless quality that will appeal to generations, regardless of age, sex or color. I would like to be remembered as a versatile artist that can deliver different styles without losing the feeling or integrity of the material.
