Hello "Sounds Blend"! Thanks for reaching out and for the comments on my work. You asked, "which of your songs feels most like "you" right now, and what made that one special to you?" Great question! I'd have to say "Days Gone By". I think it brings a nice modern alt/indie sound to a song conceived long, long ago and about an age that seems to have disappeared (friends hanging out outdoors on a regular basis). I searched for artist name "Sounds Blend" and didn't find anything - do you have music out here on Broadjam? Can you share a title? Would like to give a listen!
I really like your answer. "Days Gone By" sounds like it carries a lot of meaning, especially that idea of an era and the simple moments that seem harder to find these days. And yes, I'd be happy to share my music with you! "Sounds Blend" doesn't seem to come up properly in the Broadjam search, so here's my music portfolio where you can explore a few of my tracks and get a feel for what I'm about: https://rb.gy/lc2idt I'd love to hear what stands out to you after you've had a listen. And I'm definitely going to check out "Days Gone By" myself!
Hi there, you're my first friends request.
Hey! I hope you're doing great! I just wanted to reach out and introduce myself properly. I'm Dylan a singer, songwriter, and a vocalist. I'm always excited to scout for fresh projects and collaborate with passionate creatives. If you ever need help bringing your musical ideas to life, from songwriting to full production and polished final mastering, I'd love to work with you. Feel free to share your vision anytime! Looking forward to connecting ??'?
Hi Dylan, Thanks for reaching out. I'm from Iowa originally. I'm living in Spain now, regardless of what the profile states. I have a brother in Colorado and keep my American address there. I'm about 6 hours later than you for correspondence logistic. I'd be open for that. Especially if your proposing a mutual goal collab rather than a paid assignment handed over to you. Though that not being off the cards. I assume you can hear my songs on the platform. I don't know yet the total reach of what the platform can do. I've only been consitrating on re mix and mastering numbers to reach their best vision before I deliver to an op for sync. I'm trying this for a few weeks, and if nothing comes of it I'll abandon this avenue. I'm a DIY, producer, I think I get a pretty good result, but if you can offer your opinion, as if they are 'good enough' it would be really helpful for starters. Oh and does this platform have any legit? I'm a sort of rock baritone, if you're in the tenor range I have a few numbers written, I can't sing to the vision of the song, perhaps you'd like to have a go? There are a few duo numbers in my profile. I've a Simon & Garfunkel tribute which also do the Everly Brothers, though we no longer live in the same country it's part of my repertoire, and I've done numerous musical theater productions just to give you an idea of what I've done in the past. I perform regularly here in Tenerife, Canary Islands. If you can show some of your work it would be a better place to continue so I know you what your style is. You can write me at brianfrankmusic@gmail.com Cheers, all the best, Brian
Thanks for the detailed reply, and it's great to learn a bit more about you and what you're working on. Tenerife sounds like an interesting place to be making music from! I'd definitely be open to a mutual collaboration. I'm a vocalist and songwriter, and I'm comfortable working across different styles, so I'd be interested in hearing some of the songs you mentioned, especially the ones where you feel the vocal isn't quite matching the vision yet. I'd also be happy to give you my honest thoughts on your mixes and masters. I think it makes more sense to listen first and see where our styles fit rather than overcomplicate things. I'll send you some of my work at your email so you can get a feel for my style as well. If you have a couple of tracks you think could be a good starting point, feel free to send them over. Looking forward to hearing what you've been working on, Brian. What song would you suggest I listen to first?
Hi Dylan, Nice one. So I can assume you're not able to access my music via this site? b
Hey Brian, yeah, I can access your music on the site. I've actually listened to some of your tracks there already. I've just been a bit tied up in the studio with a few projects, so I haven't had the chance to go through everything as deeply as I'd like. I'm definitely interested in the collaboration, especially the songs you mentioned that might fit a tenor vocal. I'll also share some of my studio work so you can get a feel for my style and what I bring to the table. Which track would you recommend I listen to first?
