In February 2024, MindFree was honored to sign as an artist with the VRY publishing company. Our band began in 2021 with myself, Mark Abbruzzese (songwriter, guitar, keyboards and vocals), Ric Rosario (drums and percussion) and Curtis Ortega (bass and keyboards). Our songs could be described as Desert Prog, pulling from glam, prog, soul, punk, and metal. At present there are two albums 2022 MindFree, MindFree and 2025 MindFree, StarDust. Our band plays extensively throughout southern California.
