Global Dance Recordings began in early 2005 by Joey Impure AKA Joey C.

the label was created on the fact that the Dance Music Industry was a very difficult one to win over and get into. And from this GDR was Born.

Focusing primarily on all inhouse production and remixing. GDR brings quality Dance music of many styles to the table. Keeping the label small and very family oriented is the key right now. not to over do what is needed. I've always said less is more, and this flows over into the GDR sound as well.

GDR's first year was very successful in teh fact of establishing thier name and people noticing we exist.

2006 will promise bigger and better things as the year comes to us.
