Lori Bennett is the founder and driving force behind "Indie Shmooze" a division of Lornett Productions Ltd. After 20 years in marketing/sales management, business development and event management she has an extensive network of clients and contacts in every niche of the industry and is responsible for the company strategy and joint ventures. Lori has dealt with major entertainment, media and marketing firms, banks, law firms, telecom, information technology and educational institutions including: SL Feldman & Associates, Warner, BMG, Sony, EMI and Universal Music, The Agency Group, CHFI 98.1 FM, CHUM 104.5 FM, CTV, Scotia Bank, Goodmans, Osler Hoskins and Harcourt, Torys law firms, Rogers AT&T Wireless, Bell Globe Media, TELUS Business Solutions, Palm Canada, HP and Centennial College on a personal sales level and business development management role.
A Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science from York University was only the beginning of her formal education, having taken various courses in marketing, sales management and information systems as well as telecom and data services from institutions including Ryerson Polytechnic University and Sheridan College and sales training with HP, Oracle and EMC product suites. Ms. Bennett has the experience, vision and skills to make "Indie Shmooze" a success.
