Eddie Heinzelman is an accomplished songwriter/guitarist/singer based in Nashville, TN.
Having performed extensively since the age of 14, Eddie made a name for himself around his native Cincinnati, OH area working with local and national acts. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music's jazz program, Eddie formed the country band, Durango, becoming one of the top draws in the greater Cincinnati region. Eddie has opened for Exile, Sammy Kershaw, David Ball, Tracy Lawrence, and Chris Cagle to name just a few and has shared the stage with jazz legends, Joe Henderson and Norris Turney, and country acts T. Graham Brown, Jimmy Fortune, Billy Yates, John Rich, Jeffrey Steele, The Broussards, Due West, Trailer Choir, Tammy Cochran, Kevin Denney, and many others.
Eddie is a dynamic and charismatic performer whose versatility, strengths, and experience as a musician enhance his songwriting talent. His song, "Gold Front Tooth" won a Cincinnati NSAI Listener's Choice award as well as the honor of Tunesmith Song of the Year.
Eddie writes with some of Nashville's best writers. You can catch him weekly around town performing at writer's nights and showcases or on the road with his own band or performing with some of country music's finest artists!
