Imagine music, but with a creative twist.
Inspired by artists such as The Beatles, Elliott Smith and Joni Mitchel, The Quiet Revolution's songs combine out-of-the-box lyrics with unique yet extremely catchy melodies. It can be best described as alternative rock with a sprinkle of pop, folk and country and a sincere singer/songwriter vibe.
The Quiet Revolution is the brainchild of 35 year-old songwriter Tal More, who writes and composes all the songs and finds incredible vocalists to record them with. Tal immigrated to the U.S in 2013 on an 'artist of exceptional ability' visa and has been working in Hollywood on The Quiet Revolution's debut release together with Grammy award-winning producer and arranger, Jeff Bova (Celine Dion, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, Billy Joel etc.). Legendary British producer, Stuart Epps also worked on a few of The Quiet Revolution's songs.
TQR
Elliott Smith meets Janis Ian; darkness meets light; simplicity meets complexity; sci-fi / fantasy inspired lyrics meet melancholic bitter-sweet melodies.
TQR (short for 'The Quiet Revolution') is the brainchild of yours truly: Tal More, a 31 year-old Israeli songwriter. It's a project that features talented American & Israeli singer/songwriters singing songs I wrote & composed; songs that hopefully embody music's holy trinity: original lyrics, strong melody & sincere delivery.
TQR's stop-motion animated music video for 'Parallel Me' is currently a finalist in the International Songwriting Competition (ISC)-

Tracy Gibbons- Utah born, Brooklyn based singer-songwriter Tracy Gibbons has an urban folk styling that she describes as 'ambient Americana'. With an ethereal voice, she renders stories that are rich, soulful, and occasionally dark. Gibbons' debut release 'Made Red' (2003) earned her praise for the strength of her lyrics, the uncommon purity and sincerity of her vocal delivery, and a beautifully lush sound. All of these elements are brought to bear on her refined sophomore release 'Drift' (2009) which contains ten original tracks along with three well chosen cover songs and shows her increasingly coming into her own, particularly as a songwriter.
Hadar Green- An Israeli singer/songwriter with a unique signature voice about to release his debut album 'A Self Inflicted Moon'.
