Drawing from a diverse musical background that includes singing in barbershop quartets, playing keyboards in rock bands, guitar with several blue grass groups, as well as accompanying a baroque ensemble, Ben Jacobs (the sole musician behind Synapse) strives to create a unique flavor of electronic music never heard before.
