The music of Stone Dogs has been described as a "great combo of melody + balls". Another critic said "best melodic rock and roll (I've heard) in a while!" Apparently a lot of people agree, which is probably why this unsigned band from the Montreal area has managed to sell thousands of CDs on their own and get their music heard on hundreds of radio stations across the US, Canada and Europe. Their song Bleed also appeared on a recent episode of the WB network show One Tree Hill (the one Sheryl Crow appeared in).

But it’s mostly on the strength of their live show that they’re often mentioned as one of the top 5 bands in Montreal.
