Formed in 2002, the main goal of SpecialDubService.org is to highlight advances in science and technology and the potential impact (positive or negative) on society in the future. The debut album, which has been more than eighteen months in the making, is entitled "Three Basses Of Dub Theorem".

Influences include like Fela Kuti, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Ko Nimo, Black Uhuru, Osibisa, Steel Pulse, Mad Professor, Scientist, Manu Dibango, Burning Spear, Wulomei, Gondwana, King Tubby, Hugh Masekela, and last but certainly not least, Lee Perry.
