Growing up a drummer in N.Y., Dan was groovin' to the Allman Bros. and The Who, but he had a strong penchant for the folk rock scene. CSN, Jim Croce, and Gordon Lightfoot remain as strong influences. Add some funk, country, and swing, and you've got some pretty diverse(if not confused) musical tastes. "Drumming has always been part of my life; but I have also loved beautiful, melodic songs that come with a message fron the heart. My songs personify the living pieces that I experience".

Dan is a multi faceted musician. Drumming in many Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado bands, singing and playing guitar and songwriting keeps Dan very busy. Dan also teaches drums in his home studio and helps to coach his daughter's band.
