liked pretty much everything the freshness is nice this artist is seasoned and serious
The basic idea of the piece is good. The upright bass part is a good idea.
Jazz fusion reminiscent of some of Zappa's jams with violin. Recording is good , instruments are clear, well done.
Having studies many of the great jazz masters throughout history, dealt with so masterfully in the Ken Burns Jazz series, and being a lifelong lover of jazz, i can appreciate the at odds contention of the percussion and melodic paths which spar together here, majestically, creating something powerful, unique and original. Love it! Great job!
Really hip arrangement. Free-spirited and happy go lucky. I like the randomness of everything. Especially enjoyed the acoustic bass. Good sound choices, nice array of complimentary instruments.
I like jazz tunes that use a violin - it gives the song a different flavor. It seems the composer is going for a very loose groove, and if so, the violin goes well with that.
Not sure what's going on here! A bunch of stuff obviously, but no clear direction. Lots of nice effects though! ;-)
Good musicians.
nice sound vignette. has a pleasant loose feel.
I love the feel of this piece; the beautiful melodic strain that weaves in and out, and the "new age jazz" approach; somewhat Eurasian in bringing a combination of east meets west; very nice.
