Nice voice. The timber is interesting even if is a classic. Sounds really good for a song demo. The form structure is very good. The harmony vocals are very well chosen too. And the guitar solos are tasty and important for the mood of the song. I believe this song have some potential with a more modern arrangement.

The vocals are nice and crisp. I love how well his voice sits in the mix and he's a good singer. I also love the instrumental. The mix of piano and guitar really compliment each other quite well. The solo is a nice touch as well. The drums offer a nice groove to the track and carry it along pretty nicely. This song is sort of folk-meets-'80s electronic dance music. It's a nice tempo, too.

I really like the lyrics and vocal performance... The song is also very uplifting while not being too sweet... The tone and mood is great. The Hook is also very creative and catchy. It reminds me of Howard Jones or New Order (Especially "Bizarre Love Triangle). The acoustic guitar at the very end was a nice touch. The organic sound of the brief Acoustic guitar solo 9or phrase) added a nice contrast to the Synth textures.
The message you tried to convey in your lyrical content was a good one. I think with the proper editing and format changes this could work very well reproduced in a modern studio.
