Story Behind The Song
I set myself a 'Manifesto' to write record, mix and master a song in 5 hours, with the word Manifesto in mind, it gave me a title and subject for the lyrics, the song is rough and ready, but that to me bolsters the 'Punk' spirit.
Song Description
The song is basically telling someone to get control of their life, and not let themselves get bullied or beaten down.

Lyrics
You spent your whole life fixing
To strike against the man
You lie awake in your bed
Working on a masterplan
Then you realise, it all may be in vain
So you buckle just, to save yourself the pain
Then they come down hard, and knock you further still
Til your whole damned life is played against your will
MANIFESTO - You gotta live by
MANIFESTO - You gotta walk by
MANIFESTO - You gotta talk by
Don't let the man, drag you underground!
You spend your whole life crawling
To benefit a corporate clown
You need to make a point
To mow that sucker down
Then you back right down, your resolve ceases to be
To fight back and claim your life is just a fantasy
You cannot win this war, the eroding has begun
They load the bullets, while it's you who fires the gun
