The singer is able to rationalize and excuse his way out of most any situation, and finds it amusing but frustrating as it's hard to tell what is real and what is only in his head. The title, "Mythomania", is the psychological condition of a compulsive liar. The singer doesn't actually have mythomania; his self-diagnosis is merely another rationalization!
