Story Behind The Song
This song was originally written on behalf of the mine workers in that they were in a no win situation. it was commissioned for a t.v. documentary by the company 'Active Image' Anton wrote this after watching footage gathered by the company and selected to be credited in the name of Anton Richard, and not Anton R. Lagzdins, as at the time there were many pitfalls as to who did what because there were many retrubutions in the aftermath of the national strike.
Song Description
This is a song about the time of when the british coal miners went on strike in the late eighties. of how they had no choice about how they were to carry on. it was either give up or go on the dole. either way they were the loosers.
